Nikita is a professional pole dancer close on 3 years in the profession, with instruction and tutoring experience.

With offerings from private lessons at her training venue of choice, a visit to your home studio (meaning if you have your own pole) to home-tutoring with a mobile pole, you have NO REASON NOT TO take us up on this offer.

• lessons conducted at Instructor's selected venue

• 90 minutes per session

Focus Point:

• Development – learning new pole moves or working on techniques of existing ones
• Pole Flow – working on putting moves together so they flow
• Flexi – working on flexibility and toning with body weight movements off the pole
